We buy cauliflower when it is on sale, and we don’t always know what we are going to make with it. Sure, it is a nice and healthy snack on its own. Super delicious served roasted, too. But we wanted something fresh and full of flavor. Our Cauliflower Salad recipe is just that.

With a little bit of dry ranch seasoning mix and some cheese and bacon to balance the flavors, this side dish is a perfect side dish for your next cook out or pot luck.
