Buy This

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice or any rice variety, NOT quick cook
  • 1-2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest finely grated
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Cook That

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 quart baking dish (8x8, etc) with non-stick butter flavored spray.
  2. Add rice, onions, lemon zest, garlic and salt. Pour broth over the top. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover with foil, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Let rest, covered, for 5 - 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
