In a two-gallon pitcher, layer the cucumber slices, watermelon, mint leaves, and lemon slices.
Add the juice of one lemon. Pour cold water over the top. Stir gently and refrigerate.
Serve over crushed ice with fresh cucumber, melon, lemon or mint if desired.

Recipe can be divided for one gallon pitchers.Watermelon can be replaced with your favorite type of melon.For a little bubbly, mix the detox water with carbonated water.To get the most flavor out of the mint leaves, gently crush them in your hands before adding to the water.
