Use your favorite seasonal fresh fruits and our EASY homemade honey yogurt dressing to create a delicious, fresh and healthy dessert everyone will love.
8cupsseedless watermeloncubed (about half a medium melon), drained
3cupscantaloupecubed (about half a melon), drained
1pineapplepeeled, cored, chopped, drained
2peachespitted, chopped
1cupgrapeswashed, dried
1cupblackberrieswashed, dried
2tablespoonsmintfinely chopped
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, zest of one orange, and juice of HALF the orange. Chill until ready to use.
Prepare the fruit as noted in the ingredient list.
In a large serving bowl (or hollowed out melons and / or pineapples), arrange the fruit.
Before serving, toss with the yogurt dressing. Or, if desired, drizzle over the top.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped mint and serve. Keep chilled.
Notes
Before storing leftovers, drain any excess moisture from the fruit salad. Seal and refrigerate. Will keep for about 3 days.If you prefer a thicker dressing, use half (or less) of the orange juice.
