Instructions
Prepare one container of Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice + Quinoa to package directions.
In a medium sized bowl, stir together the rice with the chicken, pineapple, and bell pepper.
Add the remaining ingredients except the cilantro. Heat for 30 seconds in a microwave or until heated through.
Stir, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
