Preheat your oven to 325 to 350 degrees. Nothing hotter than that. Prepare a large roasting pan by lining it with aluminum foil, leaving enough foil so you can cover the ham.
Next, remove the fully cooked ham from the packaging. I pour the juices directly into the pan. Place the ham large “flat side” down into the juices.
Then using a food processor or hand held blender, pulse the pineapple, bourbon, sugar, honey and all other ingredients until combined.
Pour the pineapple bourbon mixture over the ham, between the slices, making sure as much of the ham is coated as possible.
Cover the ham with foil (and a lid if your roasting pan has one) and bake in the oven for 1 hour until warmed through.
Uncover, baste with the cooking juices, sprinkle with more brown sugar, and broil for a few minutes until the top is golden and bubbly. (Watch carefully and do not burn.)
Transfer some of the cooking juices to a medium skillet. Heat to a low boil, stirring frequently.
Cook for several minutes until the sauce has reduced to desired consistency.
Serve sauce over the sliced ham and enjoy.
Notes
Actual servings will vary based on the size ham you purchase. Typically, for a boneless ham, ½ pound per person. For a bone-in ham, ¾ pound per person.Nutritional info is also approximate. The calculator adds "all" of the ingredients, but during the cooking process, not all of the calories actually make it to the end result.
