How to Make a Mojito
Mojitos are my favorite cocktail. Ever. No competition. Slightly sweet, minty and refreshing. And as long as you don’t get carried away with the Bacardi, is a nice sipping beverage.

- 2 lime wedges
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1 TB white or brown granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi silver rum
- 6 oz club soda chilled
- Crushed Ice
- Additional lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish optional
In a metal cup, place two lime wedges, torn mint leaves and sugar. Muddle together with a wooden spoon.
Pour rum over the top and muddle some more. Pour 4 ounces of the chilled club soda over the muddled mixture, swirl gently.
Pour into a glass of crushed ice. Top the glass with remaining club soda.
Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
