Jumbo Beef Hot Dogs

pepper jack cheese

BBQ sauce for basting
Toothpicks to secure the bacon

Bakery hoagie buns
or large hot dog buns

Grilled onion

Pickle relish

Fresh tomato

For the Mustard Sauce

yellow mustard

BBQ sauce
1 ½

Italian dressing

brown sugar

teaspoon
Franks hot sauce

teaspoon
paprika
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Slice each hot dog ¾ of the way through, cutting lengthwise.
Cut the cheese into strips, and stuff each hot dog with cheese. Wrap with bacon, and secure with toothpicks.
Grill over medium high heat, turning frequently and basting with BBQ sauce. Cook until bacon is done.
Combine all mustard sauce ingredients. Serve with the hot dogs on warm buns along with grilled onions, pickle relish and fresh chopped tomato.
