For the Panko Crusted Turkey Breast

  • 2 pounds turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 cup Kikkoman┬« Bread Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Additional Salt + Pepper for seasoning the turkey

For the Sweet Mustard Soy Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman┬« Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Panko Crusted Turkey Breast

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Cut turkey cutlets into serving sized pieces. Salt and pepper both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the mayo and mustard. Brush the mixture on both sides of the turkey cutlets.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Coat both sides of the turkey well with the crumb mixture.
  5. Place on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until the breading is golden and the turkey has reached an internal temperature of 170 degrees. Remove from the oven and let rest. Do not overcook.

For the Sweet Mustard Soy Sauce

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. Heat and stir until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving.
